The reason you do #partnerships should be REALLY 💎clear and aligned internally and externally. Here is three key principles:




1. Partners need to directly meet the needs of the majority of your users/customers.


2. Partners need to be companies that you are excited to be aligned with and to be endorsing publicly. They need to have a set of values that fit your values.


Only after those first two conditions are met, comes the third principle


3. Partnerships should be revenue generating.
